New Organic Cayenne Pepper

Just a quick note that we got in a really good organic Cayenne Pepper.
Cayenne Pepper contains the medicinal compound Capsicum annuum, which many people use for pain relief, improving their circulatory system, clearing mucus out of their sinus cavity, healing stomach irritation, joint discomfort, itching, and reducing inflammation.
It also acts as a vasodilator. It dilates and opens the blood vessels allowing more blood supply to reach the tissues.
For pain it is used topically, and for all of the other benefits, you take it orally. It’s very hot on the skin, and it’s also very hot when you take it orally. Therefore, just start out with a small amount in order to make sure that you don’t have a reaction. You’ll probably want to take it with food instead of taking it on an empty stomach, and just put a little bit on your skin to start.
Cayenne Pepper is loaded with an incredible amount of Vitamin C, Vitamin B6, Potassium and even Magnesium.
The most fun part of Cayenne Pepper, is using it in the kitchen if you like hot food. You can sprinkle it on your scrambled eggs, quiches, egg salad, and some people like to use it in hummus. Use it in stir-fries, stews, chilis, and soup. You can even sprinkle it in your hot chocolate to give it a spicy twist.
