Prepare to be Mind Blown.
As seen in numerous clinical studies such as the ones here, and here, the calcification of the Pineal Gland is not only associated with a variety of neuronal diseases such as Alzheimer’s and Dementia, but it also jeopardizes the melatonin synthetic capacity of this gland impacting the quality of our sleep. Calcification of the Pineal Gland is known to increase our likelihood of developing chronic conditions like migraines, Alzheimer’s disease, insomnia, and schizophrenia.
Today we are going to discuss how to decalcify and nourish the Pineal Gland in order to improve the quality of our sleep, upgrade our brain and endocrine gland functioning, and to hopefully help us to avoid cognitive diseases such as Alzheimer’s Disease and Dementia. Furthermore, since this is the Pineal Gland, which is known to be our “spiritual gland”, decalcifying it will hopefully increase your sense of well being.
As seen in the first clinical study above, the pineal gland has the highest calcification rate among all organs and tissues. Due to the world that we live in, everyone has calcification of the Pineal Gland to some degree. The question is, how bad? The gland is surrounded by and immersed in cerebrospinal fluid. This causes it to camp out in a tiny area behind the pituitary gland. As I’ve shared with you in the past the cerebrospinal fluid is one of the most valuable mineral-rich fluids in our body, surrounding the brain, eyes, and spine.
I’ve been reading some older books from doctors in the mid 1900’s.
Dr. R. W. Bernard shares in his book, “Science Discovers the Physiological Value of Continence”, he writes,”Both the semen and the brain are composed largely of phosphorized fats, or phospholipins, to which class lecithin belongs. Lecithin is a substance of great importance for the nervous tissue. It is claimed by some that the nerve fatigue experienced at the end of the day’s activities is due to an exhaustion of the daily supply of lecithin in the myelin sheaths of the nerves, and that the invigorating effect of sleep is due to this lecithin being replenished during the night. The chronic fatigue of old age is considered to be due to a lecithin deficiency of the endocrine glands and the body as a whole.”
Lecithin is the most pure organic phosphorus that you can possibly get. Lecithin is also the main source of dietary choline. Although different, many people and studies use the terms Lecithin and choline interchangeably. In fact, taking lecithin has been shown to produce relatively greater and more sustained levels of choline than choline itself. The key here is that you are getting absorbable organic phosphorus, which is actually useable by the brain, glands, and body.
In fact, lecithin is a major precursor to the number one brain neurotransmitter Acetylcholine.
At the clinical study here, lecithin increases choline plasma by 2x’s or more in the human body. In contrast, choline deficient diets lead to a reduction of the choline plasma levels by about 50%. This study goes on to say, “Choline is considered an essential nutrient, which is predominantly supplied as phosphatidylcholine (lecithin). For a long time, neuroscientists have been intrigued by the fact that choline is a precursor for the biosynthesis of both acetylcholine (ACh) and phospholipids. For 50 years, lecithin has been marketed in Europe as a drug that was claimed to prevent exhaustion of membrane phospholipids in the Central Nervous System and therefore could reinforce “neuronal strength”.
If we are deficient in lecithin, then our acetylcholine neurotransmitters are going to be lacking in their required precursor building blocks. Remember, Acetylcholine transmits nerve impulses and is essential for optimal brain function, learning, and memory.
On top of this, Lecithin is more abundant in the pineal gland than anywhere else in the body.
When the pineal gland tries to replenish its lecithin, it will try to replenish this from the Lecitin (organic phosphorus) from the food that we eat. Unfortunately, many of us are deficient and consume the types of foods that contain inorganic phosphates. Furthermore, if you are drinking fluoridated water, taking certain supplements, and pharmaceutical drugs, many of these are loaded with inorganic phosphates. Therefore, the pineal gland will take whatever kind of phosphorus it can get. Instead of getting the organic phosphorus it needs, it becomes calcified with inorganic phosphate crystals, also known as “brain sand”, and doesn’t function nearly as optimally as it should be. We need to take organic phosphates ie. Lecithin in order to supply the Pineal with its organic food. The result is that the Pineal Gland can utilize the Lecithin (organic phosphorus) and decalcify the “brain sand”.
In that study above, lecithin increases choline plasma by 2x’s or more in the human body. We want to keep lecithin pumping through our blood stream on an ongoing basis in order to feed our Pineal gland, detoxify it, and provide our Neurotransmitters the necessary precursor building blocks that they need. If we are not consuming lecithin, it leads to a reduction of the choline plasma levels by 50%.
Remember, the pineal gland plays the role of controlling your sleep patterns, how you make decisions, and how you perceive reality. The gland mainly produces a hormone called melatonin for these functions, and releases it into the blood circulation and into the cerebrospinal fluid.
Let’s build a little bit more before we go into the spiritual aspects of these precious Lecithin Phospholipids.
Back in the 1800’s a man named Justus Von Liebig coined the term “Without phosphorus, no thoughts”. Liebig was considered to be the founder of organic chemistry and was known as one of the greatest chemistry teachers of all time. In fact, he devised the modern laboratory-oriented teaching method, and he popularized an earlier invention for condensing vapors, which is the major component of a water distiller.
Since then this quotation, “Without phosphorus, no thoughts” has been utilized and built upon all throughout the 1900’s.
In 1932, Louis Berman in his book “Food and Character”, states that Liebig came to this “No Phosphorus No Thoughts” conclusion, because the chemistry of the brain has a high content of phosphorus, and is mostly conjoined with lecithins. He goes on to explain that since the brain is 85% water and the most important elements of the brain must not be soluble in water. Otherwise those elements will just dissolve. He explains that the main elements in the brain that are not soluble in water would be lecithin. He goes on to say that lecithins increase proportionately in the brain with the more learned (smarter) we become. This book is free online at the link here, and these statements are on pages 288-289.
Dr. De Lacy Evans published a book in 1910, called “How to Prolong Life”. This book is also available free online at the link here. You should definitely read pages 160 – 171 to get all of the detailed information.
On Page 160, he states, “During thought, mental exertion, worry, remorse, or hard study, phosphates are largely increased in the excrete: and as the brain is the centre of these thoughts and ideas, we may justly infer that this increase of phosphates is due to oxidation or loss of phosphorus from the brain-that the first effect of thought is to cause oxidation of phosphorus during “business of thinking itself”.
What he is saying is that when we are mentally exerted, there is more phosphorous present in our urine and feces. Therefore, he concludes that phosphorus is needed for our thoughts, because it’s being utilized when we’re mentally exerted.
He goes on to explain that thought, “the mind itself, many nervous actions with which the mind has no connection, and volition and common sense are intimately connected with the presence of phosphorus in the cerebrospinal-spinal axis.”
There are many more details in between, but he goes on to quote the Boston Journal of Chemistry, “According to careful estimates, three hours of hard study wear out the body more than a whole day of hard physical exertion. ‘Without phosphorus, no thoughts’, is a German saying; and the consumption of that essential ingredient of the brain increases in proportion to the amount of labour which this organ is required to perform. The wear and tear of the brain are easily measured by careful examination of the salts.”
He goes on to say that, the quantity of oxidisable phosphorus decreases in old age. “This great vital principle, which is centered in the cerebrospinal axis, gradually wanes, because the brain and nerves by degrees lose their supply of blood, their powers of selection and imbibition, and are deprived of their ordained nourishment by means of this gradual process of induration and ossification.”
Again, we want to keep lecithin pumping through our bloodstream as much as possible in order to avoid this “ossification” of our neural processes. Taking lecithin doubles your choline plasma levels by two times in your blood stream.
Now if you read pages 169-171 of this “How to Prolong Life” book, we are about to make a huge discovery that has been lost over the ages.
He goes on to say that, “the phosphorus utilized by the body gets divided into two portions. The first portion feeds the brain. The other portion turns into phosphoric acid, combines with calcifications particles, forming neutral salts, and are removed from the system.” Therefore, lecithin would decalcify the body in a huge way if you have enough in your blood stream. This would especially include the Pineal Gland.
There is a lot of writing about this within the pages of 169-171. However, I’ll throw in a little quote, “on its becoming phosphoric acid removes the earthy matter which has gradually accumulated-which we have termed “ossification”- which is the chief cause of “old age,” and “natural death”; thereby in the full sense of the term, prolonging life for a lengthened period!”
One last thing from this book and we’ll move on. On Page 159, Dr. Evans says, “If we take a fresh brain (either human or animal), and immerse it in either absolute alcohol, sulphuric ether or olive oil, we obtain a luminous solution of phosphorus.” This may be the origin of the phosphorescent “brain glow” observed in 1934 by Dr. G.W. Crile as given off by the living brain in a dark room, which was written about here. In this oxidation of phosphorus in the brain, Evans sees the origin of the generation of electric nerve-currents (for the oxidation of phosphorus in the atmosphere causes an electric discharge to be given off. Crile has shown that the electrical energy of the nervous system is generated in the brain, which represents a central storage battery of the body.)
I was going to go into great detail about the more Hokey Pokey spiritual aspects of this compound, but this Newsletter is already kind of long and there is still more to cover. I’ll briefly summarize it in a few sentences below.
In physics there is something called Quantum Entanglement. Quantum entanglement is a bizarre, counterintuitive phenomenon that explains how two subatomic particles can be intimately linked to each other even if separated by billions of light-years of space. Despite their vast separation, a change induced in one will affect the other. Albert Einstein termed this phenomena as “spooky action at a distance.”
A physicist named Matthew Fisher, raised eyebrows a few years ago when he published a paper in Annals of Physics proposing that the nuclear spins of phosphorus atoms could serve as rudimentary “qubits” in the brain — which would essentially enable the brain to function like a quantum computer. Fisher devoted his life to this and discovered that phosphate atoms could turn into something called Posner Molecules. They are a cluster of phosphorus molecules that could last longer without decay compared to any other molecule in the body. If these phosphorus molecules don’t decay like others, they can transmit (information) through the ethers without dying off, hence the “quantum computer”. If you are interested in the details, you can read about them here.
If the brain can act like a quantum computer like this, it can perform “spooky actions at a distance”. This would include unexplained phenomenas such as the ‘100th Monkey Effect’, Emoto’s experiments where our mind can alter the molecule formation of water, helping to heal a person from a distance, the healthy growth of plants through human intention, sensing someone looking at you, and so much more.
This organic phosphorous from lecithin may be the very fuel that fires off invisible neurons, which enables the human species to perform these “Spooky Actions at a Distance”.
For me, these older books are where it’s at. These “new-age” FADS just drive me absolutely nuts.
I guess that was more than a few sentences. Here is one last excerpt, and then we must continue on. “The gray matter of the brain contains 17% lecithin, which is the essential and indispensable medium through which the higher intellectual processes manifest themselves. The greater the purity in which lecithin is found, the higher the intelligence of the animal, even in insects. The quality of these highly organized phosphorus compounds (i.e., lecithin) appears to be vitally connected with the intellectual capacity of the brain. In idiocy and insanity there is a qualitative and quantitative diminution of brain lecithin. In the 1800’s, Jean Louis Lassaigne found a decreased quantity of lecithin in the white brain matter of the insane. Commenting on this subject, Fischer, a French biochemist, states: “The content of the brain in combined lipoids seems, then, to have some relation to intellectual power and to its modifications as well.”
Let’s talk about the basics on phosphorus before we get into this last book from 1957, where we are going to talk about sex and alcohol.
What’s crazy is, there isn’t much data out there today on phosphorus. I almost wonder if they are suppressing information on this critical nutrient in order to dumb down the human species.
What we do know is that Phosphorus is just as important as calcium for making your bones really solid. In fact, a great portion of phosphorus is located in the skeletal system of your body. It’s also involved in making blood, DNA, and muscle energy. It also helps your PH cellular membranes called phospholipids. That’s the membrane around the cell that allows information to go back and forth, which includes hormones, minerals, and everything else that’s transported.
If you’re low in phosphorous, you’re going to be tired. Phosphorous is the accelerator of the nervous system, it really gives that get-up-and-go. Furthermore, if you are deficient, it can create tarter. Therefore, if you’re low in phosphorus you start building up calcium deposits. Calcium and phosphorus work together in balance. Therefore if you are low, you actually can make more tarter, kidney stones, spurring brittle bones, and many other issues related to calcification deposits. Do you see all of the connections here within these “basics” with what we talked about above?
So lecithin is critical in avoiding calcium build-up, and it also converts into phosphoric acid in the human body in order to decalcify it. Furthermore, it has a huge part in transporting information throughout the entire body.
Now, Lecithin is soluble in alcohol and dissolves in it’s presence. Therefore, it’s really beneficial to limit your alcohol intake for long-term brain health.
Unfortunately, the greatest leakage of this critical organic phosphorus brain nutrient is through frequent coitus and/or masturbation in both men and women.
Dr. R. W. Bernard published a book in 1957 called “Science Discovers the Physiological Value of Continence”, which is also available online here. He states, “The sex glands alone, through their external secretion, are able to withdraw considerable amounts of lecithin and phosphatides from the circulation, and thus directly affect the functioning of the other glands, which are so dependent on phosphatides for their normal functioning. The immediate effect of such sudden lowering of the phosphatide content of the blood, as the result of seminal emissions, is to produce hyperactivity of other endocrines. This explains the observed swelling of the thyroid gland during menstruation, and as the result of coitus, which is noticeable in women, in whom this gland enlarges and over-secretes at this time. For this reason hyperthyroidism and goiter have a relation to sexual excess. Enlargement of the thyroid gland in the bride the morning after the wedding has traditionally been taken as a sign that intercourse has taken place.
But while the immediate effect of such phosphatide withdrawal is overactivity of the other endocrines, as a compensatory factor in the body’s effort to maintain a normal concentration of phosphatides in the blood, the final effect is to produce underactivity and atrophy of the endocrines, due to chronic phosphatide deficiency; and this is why sexual excess leads to an earlier appearance of senility, a condition resulting from endocrine hypofunction and degeneration. Thus the basic cause of endocrine dysfunctions – hypoactivity or hyperactivity – is to be found in the sex glands and their ability to alter the lecithin or phosphatide content of the blood, which is the primary raw material from which the endocrines manufacture their hormones.”
Dr. R. W Bernard also quotes Dr. Max Tamley. Let me tell you a little about Dr. Max Tamley before we actually quote him. At 21 years of age, Dr. Tamley tutored Albert Einstein when Einstein was only 10 years old. Dr. Max Tamley was a weekly lunch guest at Einstein’s house. Dr. Tamley was quoted saying, “Albert Einstein read one unusually difficult mathematical text in two months, whereas adult students require years for the same task. Albert became so interested in mathematics and physics that he took a profound dislike for the methods of the school, concluded his studies were wasted there and devoted himself to self-education. Before long the youngster knew more about science than his mentor.”
Dr. Talmey states that the frequent exercise of the act of copulation leads directly to anemia, malnutrition, asthenia of the muscles and nerves, and to mental exhaustion. Persons addicted to sexual excess may be recognized by their pale, long, flabby faces, which often have tense features. They are melancholic and usually not fit for any difficult or long continued physical or mental work. They have little power of resistance. The ill health of many women after a certain period of married life has the same cause.
I met a woman who was 50 years old, and about 300 pounds. At 50 years old, her skin looks like that of a baby, and I believe that this is from not practicing sexual excess. She works 18 hours a day in a high-level job, and has her attention is elsewhere. I have also met women who over over-indulge in this practice multiple times a day with vibratory devices. You can see it in their faces just like Dr. Max Tamley says above.
It’s the same for men. Dr. W. Bernard states, “These substances for the best nutrition of nerve and brain tissue are without doubt the phospholipins, including lecithin. They are present in the semen and internally fed to the body when the seminal fluid is conserved and resorbed, rather than wasted. It then becomes a true internal nerve and brain food.” Sperm is loaded with Lecithin. As I mentioned before, the Cerebrospinal Fluid is the most important fluid in the body, and the semen is made up of it. Constant masturbation or coitus will be a heavy leakage of these valuable elements.
The beauty of Lecithin is that it helps tremendously in replenishing our seminal fluids, because the seminal fluids are composed mainly of Lecithin. At the clinical study here, they found that vitamin E and soybean lecithin improved the quality and motility parameters of rooster sperm, especially sperm viability and membrane integrity. Soybean lecithin at 1% level provided better preservation of sperm quality.
What we are offering to you today ‘At-Cost’ is our Certified Organic Raw Sunflower Lecithin. Sunflower Lecithin is proven superior to Soy Lecithin, because soy lecithin predisposes the users to hormonal imbalance and allergic reactions. Sunflower lecithin is safer to use as it is a natural extract and not genetically modified like most soy.
Our Sunflower Lecithin is just pure 100% Certified Organic Raw Sunflower Lecithin. Many Sunflower Lecithins use harsh chemicals like Hexane in order to make their Sunflower Lecithin. Ours is simply cold-pressed from organic sunflower seeds without using any harsh chemical. We were out of stock for awhile, and many people kept asking for it. They said that they have tried many other Sunflower Lecithins, and nothing compares to ours.
The official daily value of Choline is 550mg per day.
The number one food for Lecithin and Choline are egg yolks. One egg yolk contains 140mg. One Tablespoon of our Sunflower Lecithin contains about 120mg. The next top foods come from animal protein. However, comparatively speaking, the animal protein doesn’t contain nearly as much as egg yolks, unless you are eating organ meats. The top non-animal product that contains choline is broccoli. However, you would need about 9 cups of cooked broccoli in order to get the Daily Value.
If you are eating 4 egg yolks a day, you are hitting these DV levels. However, we have to take into account all of our bad habits. It’s an element that we just want to be taking as much as possible. Taking multiple sources would be a great idea. Furthermore, our Sunflower Lecithin is the only substantial 100% Raw Vegan option, which still contains its enzymes. Even if you do eat egg yolks and meat, you may want to consider our Raw Organic Sunflower Lecithin as another living source.
Additionally, you shouldn’t have to worry about any digestive upset when taking a couple of tablespoons of our Sunflower Lecithin. In fact, it will most likely help your digestion in a big way. At the clinical study here, Lecithin was shown to account for more than 70% of total phospholipids within the intestinal mucus layer. Therefore, our Sunflower Lecithin has the potential to form a protective barrier to prevent the invasion of harmful bacteria. This would mean that lecithin may be especially beneficial for those with digestive conditions, such as ulcerative colitis, Crohn’s disease, or irritable bowel syndrome.
I’ll be getting some once everyone else is taken care of. We have a lot in stock, but you never know how crazy interest might get. Our Sunflower Lecithin is extremely gentle on the system. It reminds me of Slippery Elm Bark in some way. You may be able to see what I mean in the next paragraph below where I share about its texture when used in foods.
Sunflower Lecithin is one of the best Raw Food Recipe Ingredients available. So many Raw Food Chef’s use the Sunflower Lecithin endlessly, because of the texture that it produces. Sunflower lecithin is an emulsifier. It enables fat and water to mix, which keeps the ingredients from separating. This makes the raw food recipes ultra-creamy and gives it that almost fluffy texture. I’ve seen Raw Ice Cream, Raw Frosting, and Raw Cheese Cake made from our Sunflower Lecithin. In actuality, it’s also used in many cooked foods. Sunflower lecithin is quickly becoming the go-to choice for emulsification in many industries. I’ll probably mix it into my yogurts and try to find other ways to take it in drinks and stuff like that.
While the recommended Daily Value is 550mg’s, I personally want to intake as much as I possibly can of this essential nutrient, from as many different sources as I can, on an ongoing basis. If we continually supply our bodies with lecithin, we will continually be providing our Acetylcholine Neurotransmitters the precursors that they need. Our Pineal Gland will uptake actual Organic Lecithin helping to nourish and decalcify out the bad inorganic Phosphates. Furthermore, we will be providing Phosphoric Acid to our bodies in order to help decalcify our entire body. Additionally, we will be providing our intestinal mucosal barrier the building blocks (lecithin) needed in order to coat and protect our colon. We will also be feeding our Endocrine Glands the ideal nourishment that they need, along with providing our seminal fluids one of the key ingredients needed for replenishment. This will enable us to help with any hypo- or hyper- function of the thyroid and all of the other endocrine glands.
If you are planning on taking our Sunflower Lecithin for the purpose of helping with neurological diseases such as Alzheimer’s and Dementia, you may want to also consider taking our Magtein, Bacopa, and Mucuna. Magtein is a profound product and it was originally developed to increase memory, in particular for Alzheimer’s Patients. Taking our Bacopa and Mucuna together can help keep our Acetylcholine Neutrotransmitters from being broken down and depleted from harmful rogue elements in the brain and body. I’ll be going into all of these details on this in tomorrows newsletter. However, all of these products are on special right now with the Sunflower Lecithin if you want to order them now instead of tomorrow.
In addition, you may want to also consider our Systemic Enzymes for helping with Alzheimer’s Disease. As I shared in yesterdays Newsletter, rogue proteins cause all sorts of damage when not kept under control, particularly resulting in neurological disorders such as Parkinson’s, Alzheimer’s, and multiple sclerosis. These systemic enzymes have the potential to simply dissolve these rogue proteins.
At the clinical study here, they concluded that both Serrepeptase and Nattokinase may have a therapeutic application in the treatment of Alzhemier’s Disease. At the study here, a different but similar therapeutic proteolytic enzyme, which also dissolves protein, actually dissolved amyloid plaque that accumulates in the organ and cause toxicity in Alzheimer’s Disease. These Systemic Enzymes are also on special ‘At-Cost’ with all of these different products.
Therefore, my top recommended products for Neurological conditions, such as Alzheimer’s and Dementia are as follows:
Sunflower Lecithin
Magtein
Serrapeptaase
Nattokinase
Bacopa
Mucuna
