Sun Warrior finally got my favorite product of theirs back in stock, which is the Vegan Omega 3 DHA EPA.

I know that we just did a promotion with Sun Warrior two months ago, but if you remember, they didn’t have this Omega 3 product available.

I was planning to run a promotion just on the Omega-3, but they asked me if I wanted to do every single Sun Warrior product again with it. I thought to myself, “we might as well”. I’m surprised they offered it to me since we just did it two months ago, so this is super cool.

Back in the day when I was 100% Raw Vegan, I found it very important for me to take an EPA and DHA supplement. There are no Raw Vegan whole foods that contain EPA or DHA. For a raw vegan, the only option was to get an Algae product.

I’m the type of guy that will open a capsule or chew down on a gel cap in my mouth. I do this so that I can taste the contents that I’m ingesting before it goes down. It prepares my body for what is to come. I generally spit the cap out when I’m done. The Omega-3 product that I used to take was a gel cap filled with a clear liquid algae oil. It tasted so darn good, somehow really sweet, and I didn’t think much of it.

However, when Sun Warrior sent me a sample of their new Omega-3 Vegan EPA and DHA a few years ago, I was completely blown away by the difference.

When you bust open their vegan gel cap, the contents inside are not clear at all. In fact, it is a super dark green algae, with the taste of a dark blue-green algae. I have never seen an Omega-3 product like this before, and it definitely wasn’t sweet tasting, lol. It literally tasted like an E3 Live Blue-Green Algae Shot, but just the fatty portion of it. g

After taking it, I could feel an energy buzz in my head, which felt incredibly good and healing. Additionally, it has 60 vegan soft gel caps vs 40 caps from the previous company.

This product is like an Omega-3 EPA DHA Superfood. I like to take a wide variety of different nutrient dense Superfoods like this and rotate them. Maybe this month I’ll take this product frequently, and then take a different product another month.

However, if you are a Vegan, or don’t eat fish, I highly recommend taking this product more than just occasionally.

EPA and DHA are very difficult to get if you don’t eat fish, and the two main parts of your body that need it are your heart and brain. This is why I took it religiously when I was Raw Vegan.

At the clinical study here, they analyzed fish-eating patterns of more than 800 men and women, ages 65 to 94. Those eating fish at least once a week were much less likely to develop age-related memory decline than those who turned up their nose at it.

In the clinical study here, the evidence suggests that DHA and other omega-3 supplements may be most beneficial before brain function significantly declines and interferes with daily activities.

At the clinical study here, studies have shown that people with age-related memory decline have lower levels of DHA in their brains than older adults with good brain function.

At the clinical study here, it concludes that patients with age-related memory decline have been shown to be deficient in DHA, and supplementing them with EPA+DHA not only reverses this deficiency, but may also improve cognitive functioning in patients with very mild age-related memory decline. EPA and DHA may be a safe and inexpensive link to a healthier life.

I’m not saying that you should eat fish. I’m saying that you should make sure that you are getting your Omega-3 Fatty Acids, especially EPA and DHA.

I feel that this dark green Superfood Algae is good for everyone to take on occasion, and I definitely feel that vegetarians, vegans, and people who don’t eat fish, should consume it on an ongoing basis, even if it’s not every single day. Plus, I really want you to try chewing down on a capsule and letting the Dark Green Algae bust open in your mouth, lol. Only do this if you are intensely crazy like me, and have my kind of Raw Food Superfood fortitude, lol. It’s really good stuff.
