What I love about these bars is that they use raw honey as the only sweetener, and they use the fine Celtic Sea Salt as the salt source. What I love the most is the taste of this raw honey and the Celtic Sea salt together. The salt and sweetness taste together is to literally live for. Furthermore, the bar is loaded with nutrition and protein from all of the different seeds.

Kathy, the creator of these Raw Crunch Bars, dehydrates the bars in small batches. They are hand-mixed, scooped, squished, popped, and packaged with a personal passion for excellence in every bar!
