You can refill these brown glass spray bottles with the larger one, as these smaller bottles won’t last that long at 1 teaspoon per day.

Because silver is a mineral, it does not expire, there is no shelf life.

Directions: Internally you take a full teaspoon, and topically just one dropper full or 3-4 sprays.
