We’ve now been in Vilcabamba, Ecuador for about 2 weeks now.
The healing that I have gone through in just two weeks is absolutely profound.
From my previous health issues, I would wake up achy all over. However, that is really dissipating more and more from being here.
I also require only 7 hours sleep now. It used to be 8 hours a night. Being impeccable with my diet and being here at the same time has a huge profound effect on my health.

However, what makes this video classic, my 13 year old daughter Oria got artificial nails done for only $12. It would have definitely cost $50 in the United States to get professional nails like this, lol.
Anyhow, Rosa is the one who did Oria’s Nails. Rosa used to work in our home in the old days, and even helped raise our girls a bit. This video is a great video compilation, because I shared old clips within this video. Rosa is in them, Lia is just learning to talk, and Oria must have been 6 years old at the time. It’s classic.
