Gentle Scrub: Natural Tooth Brightener for Health Food Stains

Hey everyone! The Gentle Scrub keeps getting more popular because it totally works. It removes the junk from your teeth that regular brushing won’t get, and the result is whiter teeth. Many people reorder it, so I can see it’s working for a lot of you.

1. How I Discovered It

Back in my early raw foodist days, I was eating chlorella and other green powders straight off the spoon, and they stained my teeth. I honestly thought my teeth had rotted from the inside out and my life was over. Regular brushing wouldn’t remove the stains. Then I stumbled on this Gentle Scrub, and it took the green stains away almost instantly. I spent ten to fifteen minutes non-stop on my teeth, and when I was done, they had never been whiter. I couldn’t believe my eyes in the mirror – a major sigh of relief.

2. What It Removes

It’s not going to take off three decades of coffee stains. What it does get off is the dirty, yellow film sitting on top of your teeth. It works extremely well for health food eaters, because so many natural foods stain teeth: protein powders, green powders, vegetable juices, teas and herbs. Even an electric toothbrush alone won’t remove that layer, but with this product it just wipes away. One customer gradually removed some pretty bad stains in the crevices of her teeth over time.

3. Just Two Ingredients

The Gentle Scrub contains only Caribbean coral calcium and bicarbonate of soda. The coral calcium is the active ingredient that cleans and whitens. It contains zero abrasives and gently lifts food color off your teeth. On top of that, it neutralizes acids in the mouth and bathes the teeth in calcium. → See Dental Health.

How I Use It

Use it with a fully charged electric toothbrush like a Sonicare – that’s key. I don’t think it would work nearly as well without one.

  1. Put your regular toothpaste on the brush, then sprinkle a couple of pinches of Gentle Scrub over it. I also put some powder right on the teeth I’m working on.
  2. For a first, thorough cleaning, hold the brush on your four front teeth for a really long time and let it scrub away.
  3. Rinse, add more toothpaste and Gentle Scrub, and work outward to the other teeth. Repeat until you’ve done them all.
  4. For regular maintenance, once or twice is usually enough.

I keep it on hand for whenever I want my teeth looking super duper white. I believe every one of you should notice some kind of result, whether a little or a lot, depending on what you eat.
